All orders placed using our Cash/Card on Delivery option are payable in full when the order is delivered.

The total amount payable will be the amount confirmed at the time of order, including any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other disclosed fees.

Customers placing a Payment-on-Delivery order are expected to be genuinely prepared to receive and pay for the order.

Please ensure that:

You are available at the specified delivery location.
Your telephone number is active and accessible.
Someone authorised to receive and pay for the order is present.
The correct amount is available when paying by cash.

Submitting an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered fully confirmed until it has been reviewed and accepted by us.

If an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or cannot reasonably be supplied, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and will notify you accordingly.

Delivery times provided by us are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, courier availability, public holidays, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Contact telephone number
Any relevant directions or delivery instructions

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to circumstances attributable to the customer.

Although we make every reasonable effort to keep product information and inventory accurate, availability may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and may offer an alternative, adjust the order, or cancel the affected item.

The customer is responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their vehicle before placing an order.

Where fitment information is provided by us, customers should still verify compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order before accepting it and, where reasonably possible, before the delivery representative leaves.

Please check that:

The product received is the product ordered.
The quantity is correct.
Packaging is reasonably intact.
There is no obvious physical damage.
The product appears to correspond with the description/order.

If an item is visibly damaged, incorrect, or missing parts at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery representative and contact us as soon as possible.

Returns or exchanges are not automatically accepted simply because a customer has changed their mind after purchase. However, this does not affect any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.

Where we agree to accept a return or exchange, the product must generally be:

Unused
Uninstalled
In its original condition
Complete with all accessories, components, manuals, packaging, and accompanying materials where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers should not refuse an order at the point of delivery unless there is a legitimate reason, such as the order being visibly damaged, materially incorrect, or otherwise not in accordance with the order.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the order is dispatched for delivery whenever possible.

Orders that are repeatedly refused, abandoned, or cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or has provided inaccurate information may be cancelled. Any applicable delivery or other charges will be handled in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Repeated misuse of the Cash-on-Delivery service may result in the service being unavailable for future orders.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, dispatched, or assigned for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

The requested product is unavailable.
The product cannot reasonably be supplied.
Product information or pricing was clearly incorrect.
The customer has provided insufficient or inaccurate information.
There are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent or abusive activity.
Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect application, or inability to use a product.
