Delivery Areas- We offer delivery through a courier service available across Trinidad and Tobago.

Delivery Times- Delivery times given at checkout are estimates only. They may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges- Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Preparing for Delivery- Please make sure:

Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
Your phone number is correct and reachable
The correct payment is ready, if paying Cash on Delivery

Missed Deliveries- If we can't complete delivery because no one is available or the address/contact details provided were incorrect, an extra delivery charge may apply for a second attempt.

Inspecting Your Order- Please check your order at the time of delivery for correct items, quantity, and condition. Let the delivery person know right away if anything is wrong.
